At Ayada Leads, we believe mentorship is a powerful tool to unlock confidence, connection, and leadership. Our Mentorship Program pairs African diaspora college students and young adults with professionals and community leaders who are ready to share their wisdom, guidance, and support.

This 6-month program is designed to support mentees in their personal, academic, and professional journeys, while building a strong intergenerational network rooted in culture, identity, and shared experience.
